Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Fort Lauderdale is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Lauderdale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I usually dont write any reviews but people got to know that this place is a huge scam. Told my wife that a procedure would be covered by insurance but ended up being not. Coordinated with both Town Care and our insurance company and the insurance company reassured us that it would be covered as long as they would send appropriate evidence that the procedure was neccessary for my wife condition. A year has passed they never did a single thing and just submitted the balance to collections. They betrayed our trust and all we wanted is to improve oral hygiene buy doing an annual checkup. So anyone who think this place would be honest, go somewhere else

I followed my dentist here when he closed his private practice about five years ago. Unfortunately, they are owned and operated. Towncare Dental Partners network, which is owned and managed by Dental Care Alliance (DCA). And the office separates themselves from the billing, so if you have a billing problem, good luck getting it fixed. I was put into collections after my billing didn't match what I paid. Which was never explained to me, but that wasn't the issue. I never got anything through the mail except when I was in collections, and they did send me emails, but those emails went to my spam folder. I think it's very aggressive. After being 60 days past a small balance of $130, they charge all kinds of fees and put me to collections. I don't appreciate that. Pick up the phone. Unfortunately, emails don't get answered. They landed up in spam folders and they get rejected. I will definitely be looking for a smaller practice to get away from these aggressive big companies.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was genuinely terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment and still waited over 20 minutes just to be seen. Even the lady before me was complaining about how late they were getting to her. The X-rays took forever and were honestly some of the most uncomfortable and poorly done I’ve ever had. Then the dentist came in, mumbled a few things, and walked right back out without clearly explaining anything. Immediately after that, another employee came in and started trying to β€œsell” me treatments and pricing like I was sitting at a car dealership instead of a dental office. The crazy part is this all happened before I even received the basic cleaning I originally came in for. Before even the cleaning process, they tried charging an additional $60 for some β€œspecial” mouthwash/Listerine treatment. When I questioned it, the employee got defensive and talked down to me with comments like β€œoh young man,” as if I’ve never been to a competent dental office before. Then they tried to schedule my appointments automatically. I had to call over three times to cancel appointments I didn't make. They even want you to pay cancellation fees. For appoint

I had a really frustrating experience with this office and would not recommend them based on how they handled billing. I initially came in for X-rays and a consultation and was told I owed $38 for the visit, plus a $100 deposit to hold a spot for a future procedure. I later decided to cancel the surgery and requested my deposit back β€” which should have been straightforward. Instead, I was given the runaround over multiple phone calls with no clear answers, inconsistent information, and zero accountability. After all of that, I still have not received my refund. It’s incredibly disappointing when a medical office makes an already stressful situation worse by being disorganized and unresponsive when it comes to billing. I would strongly suggest clarifying all charges upfront and thinking twice before leaving any deposits here.

Dr Pyser was very knowledgeable and communicated complicated dental Issues very clearly. He did great work to restore my teeth. The whole staff was also very good. Even the front desk was friendly efficient and made the logistics of multiple appointments easy and efficient.
